Onicx Begins Design-Build Work
Onicx began in 2004 as a design-build contractor focused on quality, accountability, and client-driven solutions. These early capabilities formed the foundation for our future growth in development and real estate.
Development Arm Launches With First Projects
In 2011, we launched our development arm and broke ground on our first two projects: Trinity Medical Center (86,000 sq. ft.) and Poinciana Medical Center (40,000 sq. ft.). These milestones established our path in healthcare development.
Largest Single-Building Project Breaks Ground
